Become an Academy

Interested in becoming an Academy?

Then follow the simple steps below to get started! But first... we advise that you view the additional pages in this section to learn more about the benefits and instructor training the Cisco Networking Academy UK & Ireland team offers.

How to Sign Up?

Signing up to our initiative is very simple, and can be achieved in 4 easy steps:

1. Register as a Cisco Academy

The first step involves signing up as a Cisco Academy. Once approved, a member of the team will reach out to schedule an introductory call. If you progress in the application process, you will be asked to sign the Academy Membership Agreement and to select an Academy Support Centre.

2. Select courses

The Cisco Networking Academy offer a plethora of free courses. Academies can offer courses in different subject areas and at different levels. These can be delivered using a self-paced, instructor-led, or hybrid methodology, and embedded into existing programmes or offered as stand-alone courses.

4. Launch

Once your Academy is up and running, you are ready to launch and start inviting students to enroll by visiting the specific course pages.

4. Track progress

Each Academy has access to their students' progress. You can monitor a range of useful data which can be used to track and promote course completion, or introduce new courses.

Shared Community Resources

As a response to COVID-19, we developed a focused microsite from the UK and Ireland Cisco Networking Academy Support Centre community, with the objective of curating and collating useful resources: support.teachingdigital.org.
